If you are a 1st/2nd Line IT Analyst and commutable to Lincolnshire, then I have your next assignment!
This is an urgent requirement looking to start ASAP; you will be joining the existing IT Support function to provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to both internal and external clients.
As a minimum, you must have at least 1-2 years commercial experience of working in an IT Support environment
Proven experience using support call logging systems
A strong technical knowledge in End User computing, mobile and fixed telephony, printers and business applications
Able to work efficiently and deliver resolutions within an agreed SLA
Any knowledge/understanding of ITIL environment (Incident, Change and Problem management) is highly desirable.
