HR PMO Project Support Analyst
The HR PMO Analyst will be supporting a Project Manager on a project focussed on HR shared services transformation, CPS, Helpdesk changes. Provide administration support to track milestones and key deliverables of the change project and record any risks or issues. Support the preparation of PowerPoint slides or documents as necessary to support with sign off requirements. Attend change meetings including any collective consultation meetings, take meeting notes and follow up with actions. Provide support with any documentation related to change activity.
Planning & coordinating meetings, room bookings, equipment. Must have projects experience looking at delivery life cycles.
Supporting the creation of, and tracking against project plans Identifying resource requirements and building into a resource plan Operating the Risk & Issue Management process for the delivery Supporting the creation, review and sign-off of project document deliverables in line with the companies HR Project Delivery Methodology Undertaking Quality Assurance reviews of project documents to ensure they are complete, current, and appropriately stored. Supporting the Project/Programme Manager with the identification and tracking of project spend. Coordinating the creation and submission of Project Status Reports, Governance Meetings and other governance activities. Technically competent in using appropriate functionality in the following Microsoft Office tools to support and execute the job requirements: Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint.
Experience of supporting the delivery of projects and system/software upgrades, ideally in an HR environment. Experience of supporting the delivery of projects within a structured project delivery methodology such as Prince2 or APM.
